The Global Leaders Program (GLP) combines the assets of two leading business schools in a partnership to offer a world-class program for executives who lead global organizations or evolving global organizations.

This senior executive education program brings together leading faculty from the Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad (IIMA) and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, as well as global executives from diverse organizations to offer a powerful developmental experience. The program is delivered on two campuses on different sides of the world to create a deep understanding of how to grow, innovate, and lead in the multi-national, multi-cultural environment of an increasingly competitive world economy.

The Global Leaders program is delivered in two eight-day sessions.  The program kicks off on the Indian Institute of Management's campus in Ahmaedabad.  Participants will reside at the International Management Development Centre (IMDC) located on the IIMA New Campus, provides an academic and learning environment for participants of the Management Development Programmes. Single room air-conditioned accommodation with attached bathroom, TV with cable connection, small refrigerator and internet connectivity are provided in the room at the IMDC. There is a separate dining hall, a reading lounge, classrooms and auditorium (with audio-visual and computer projection facilities), syndicate rooms, a computer lab with LAN and Internet connectivity. Recreation facilities exist for indoor and outdoor games (Badminton, TT, Carrom, Chess, Volleyball and Cricket). IMDC's proximity to the IIMA main campus encourages and facilitates interaction between participants and the faculty. Participants can also take advantage of the Institute's library and computer facilities.

The second session takes place at Duke University's R. David Thomas Executive Conference Center , a state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly residential facility that offers an unparalleled learning environment, extraordinary amenities, and all of the advantages offered by Research Triangle Park, which is just minutes away.  Located at the heart of venerated Duke University, within the prestigious Fuqua School of Business, the R. David Thomas Executive Thomas Center offers an invaluable, engaging, and one-of-a-kind learning experience you won't find anywhere else.
